The above prices are excluded from:
Holidays, on holidays we ask for a minimun of 3 nighst for 1200€
Christmas, on Christmas we ask for a minimun of 3 nights for 1200€
New Year, on New Year we ask for a minimun of 3 nights for 1400€
To reserve the house, a 200 Euros security deposit is required. The security deposit will be return on departure, after checking that the house is good conditions and the number of adults was the one agreeded. For stays longer than 3 nights, the full amount of the rental price must be paid 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations must be done 30 days prior to arrival
Payments can be done to our Paypal account set in the booking center.

checking out time........1 pm. According to availability the departure time might be postponed.
No pets allowed other than guide dogs.
